This year’s Betway SA20 Final is set to offer more than just world-class cricket. Fans attending the final match will be treated to a special halftime show by none other than Booshle G., the incredibly talented artist behind this season’s campaign anthem, Take Me Home. Known for his soulful pop sound and infectious stage presence, Booshle G. is sure to deliver an electrifying performance that will keep the crowd on their feet.
“I come from a community where every dream feels like a long shot,” says Booshle G., whose real name is Buhle Gayika. “But cricket, just like music, has always been a way for me to connect with people and share my story. Booshle G. hails from Kariega (formerly Uitenhage) in the Eastern Cape, and his rise to success is a testament to his passion and perseverance. The action kicks off on 4 February 2025 with Qualifier 1 at St George’s Park in Gqeberha, where the top two teams will face off for a direct spot in the Final. The following day, 5 February, the Eliminator match at Centurion will determine which of the third and fourth place teams will stay in the competition. The final shot at glory will come on 6 February, with the last match between the loser of Qualifier 1 and the winner of the Eliminator.
This season, the Betway SA20 Playoffs will offer more than just cricket.
