Last week, I had the pleasure of indulging in a late lunch and was treated to the freshest Caesar salad and salmon trout—so light yet so satisfying. The Mimisosas, Corona Sunset, Aperol Spritz, and Long Island were the perfect pairing to elevate the experience. And don’t even get me started on the BBQ wings and chips, plus a rack of ribs that packed all the right flavors.
