What You Need to Know
Because great adventures shouldn’t start with complicated fine print, here’s what matters most:
- Start small or go big: Begin with as little as R500 and top up anytime.
- 24 months to decide: Your voucher is valid for two full years from first purchase, don’t let the clock run out on your dream.
- Cooling-off period: Change your mind within 5 business days for a full refund.
- Later cancellations: With at least 30 days’ notice before travel, cancellations incur a 25% penalty fee.
- Gifting made easy: Vouchers are transferable until they’re redeemed or partially used after that, they’re locked to the traveller.
- When life happens: If the unexpected occurs, HWT will work with you to explore alternative travel arrangements.
- Travel documents: Harvey World Travel handles the bookings,you’re responsible for passports, visas, and required documentation.
